Healthy Minds is a corporate delivery service we have started up, to provide lunches for neighbouring businesses. The name 'Healthy Minds' comes from our firm belief in healthy eating, and how feeling your body with the right food will help you achieve more, feel better and be motivated.
At Spoke and Stringer we think a healthy body and mind play a huge role in the ability to maximise your productivity.

We created an exclusive menu which combines taste, texture and quality. It's also made to impress, inspire and provide energy to you and your business associates.
