Back at the office with limited lunch options? We've just re-launched our Office Catering! We have re-imagined our offering and are delighted to be able to offer our favourite Deli dishes safely packaged individually for you to enjoy with peace of mind. 

Healthy Minds is a corporate delivery service by Spoke & Stringer providing performance-boosting foods for offices all across Bristol. The name 'Healthy Minds' comes from our firm belief in healthy eating, and how fuelling your body with the right food will help you achieve more, feel better & increase motivation.

As well as our passion for nutritious, great-tasting food, we are strong believers in the positive provenance of ingredients and working with local producers. Based in Bristol, we are lucky to be surrounded by a fantastic network of small, local producers & suppliers and are proud to say that all our ingredients are ethically sourced & produced locally where possible. 

Our wonderful local producers include: Origin Butchers, Wildflour Bakery, Hobbs House Bakery, Kingfisher of Brixham, El Colmado, Origin Coffee Roasters & The Good Egg Company.

Healthy Minds in 2020

Our Healthy Minds operations moved location to Whiteladies Road, Clifton in October 2020. Our Breakfast options are balanced between delicious pastries baked in-house, breakfast baps with mushroom and avocado or bacon and tomato, and both can be made into a picnic box with orange juice & fruit or muesli too. 

Lunch options include our best-selling paprika-chicken & slaw or pesto hummus, falafel & sundried tomato wraps, deli filled sandwiches with aubergine, feta & rocket, or honey roast ham, pickles, slaw, tomato & cheddar. We also have delicious gluten free & vegan super salads & Cornish pasties baked in house. All of these lunches can also be served in a picnic box with a choice of fruit, crisps, soft drink & a delicious tray bake slice from Wildflour cake company in Bath.

For afternoon & evening catering we offer individual mezze & anti pasti boxes served with our homemade focaccia. We can also deliver our ‘Street Food Taco’ menu for evening meetings, which includes a catch of the day grilled fish & pulled pork with harissa tacos.
