Coming up on 14th August, Misfit & Toy Factory’s Surfboard Tour of England stop off at our place! We’ll be hosting an evening of live music, short films, street food, live art from the Misfit man himself - Jack Irvine, and most importantly, a once in a lifetime chance to custom order directly with Misfit Shapes. There will be a surfboard rack takeover by Misfit - and the chance to cop a feel of the full range that is now only a four week turnaround from placing an order with us!
Misfit Shapes are a mix of Australian surf enthusiasts and artists who describe themselves as a bunch of mildly deranged but high-powered individuals, potentially dangerous cultural agitators, and just about every other kind of MAD MIND. They seek to represent an authentic response to an era of change, a 'surf' stemmed movement that allows art, design and individuality to co-exist within a realm more commonly dominated by conformity and observation.
All our events encapsulate what it is to truly Ride - the music, food, art, people, stories and inspiration that stems from actually getting out there. This is the summer's first taster of our Ride Culture Salt, with another festival scheduled for November 24th featuring the Bristol Surf Film Festival at the Paintworks events space. Your ticket includes food and beer and a night of Ride Culture at its best.
