Globally, we waste 3.5 million tonnes of food every single day. And that food doesn’t just disintegrate naturally into the earth. It pumps out harmful gas as it decomposes in landfill, causing our planet to heat up like a greenhouse.

But that’s not the only problem. It takes a lot of land, energy and water to make our food. By wasting that food, we also waste the resources that went into producing it, putting needless strain on our earth.

At Spoke & Stringer we have a firm belief in healthy eating, and how fuelling your body with the right food will help you achieve more, feel better & increase motivation. Our food is freshly prepared each morning, whether it is a Streetfood Brunch, Deli Salad or Pastry, and there is no way to avoid some of these items not being sold at the end of the day.

The team at Too Good to Go have created a fantastic opportunity for solving the problem of food waste (our staff can only eat so much!) - and we are now giving unique ‘Magic Bags’ away filled with Deli items worth £10 for a fraction of the price.

As strong believers in the positive provenance of ingredients and working with local producers, you will be sampling delicious food from some of our independent suppliers including: Wildflour Bakery, Hobbs House Bakery, El Colmado & The Good Egg Company.
