When CJ and I got together to design and build surf craft we both agreed the logging movement was focused purely on the art of trim and we saw the need to broaden the horizons of loggers purely focusing on tip time. Enter ‘ Power Logging ‘. The stripe fin with its wide base and narrow tip and medium rake has been proven and tested by one of the world's finest surfers and it allows Cj to maximize nose rides while bringing his explosive on rail power style into the mix. The stripe fin has a slight amount of flex in the tip to allow for speed and drive out of turns which helps with consistent speed and flow.
The Critical Slide Society (TCSS) was founded in 2009 in a sleepy seaside village on the Central Coast of NSW Australia.
