Healthy Minds by Spoke & Stringer

At Spoke & Stringer we believe a healthy body & mind play a huge role in the ability to maximise your productivity. The name 'Healthy Minds' comes from our firm belief in healthy eating, and how fuelling your body with the right food will help you achieve more, feel better & be more motivated.

 All our ingredients are ethically sourced & produced locally where possible. We also offer a huge range of vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free menu items. We use seasonal produce, sustainable fish & free-range meat.
