All items can be returned for an Exchange or Credit Note only.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or Credit Note. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items (unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose):
* Gift cards
* Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Unit 1, The Boathouse, Gasworks Lane, Bristol, BST, BS1 5AT, United Kingdom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, in the unlikely event your product develops a fault, the quickest and easiest way to resolve this is to return the item to our store.
A refund for the original price paid or an exchange for a product of equivalent value will be offered in the event that a manufacturing fault is identified. Alternatively, arrangements may be made to have your product repaired.
If you are unable to get to one of our stores, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the fault and we will be able to advise you further.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
