We hope you love your new purchase, but if not, we are here to help.

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Non-returnable items (unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose):

* Gift cards
* Earrings
* Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If you would like to to exchange an item for another size or colour, please send us an email at with your order number and a link to the desired item. Or just pop in-store with your purchase and order receipt. Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see ‘Faulty Items’ below).


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and checked, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Faulty Items

We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, in the unlikely event your product develops a fault, the quickest and easiest way to resolve this is to return the item to our store.

A refund for the original price paid of the product or an exchange for a product of equivalent value will be offered in the event that a manufacturing fault is identified. Alternatively, arrangements may be made to have your product repaired.
