 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The Yeti Roadie 24 Competition ("Competition") is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and above, except employees and immediate families of Spoke & Stringer.

2. Competition Period: The Competition begins on 1/09/2023 at 08:00am and ends on 30/10/2023 at 23:00. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must subscribe to our newsletter. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize: The prize for the Competition is a Yeti Roadie 24 Cooler in White. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative item.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The drawing will take place on 31/10/2023. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email on 31/10/2023. The winner must respond within 3 days of receiving the notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in a new winner being selected.

7. Prize Collection: The winner must collect the prize in person from Spoke & Stringer at 24 College Green, BS1 5TB. Valid identification and proof of age will be required during prize collection. If the winner is unable to collect the prize in person, an alternative winner will be selected.

8. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Spoke & Stringer to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.

9. General Conditions: Spoke & Stringer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions. Spoke & Stringer's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

10. Limitation of Liability: Spoke & Stringer is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries or for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions that may occur. Spoke & Stringer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Competition or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

11. Privacy: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy of Spoke & Stringer.

12. Governing Law: The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
